This is the secret to beautiful and delicious cakes. Making it with Italian meringue requires more pastry skills, but it’s worth it. Because the ratio of butter to sugar is reduced by the meringue, it's not overly sweet or greasy.

 

But here's an important tip: Buttercream will set and form bubbles inside as it's stored, and changes in temperature will cause it to change texture. So before you decorate the cake, please keep it at room temperature between 20-28°C, and stir it with a whisk until uniform. This way its flavor and silky texture will be restored.

 

Please note: Only pastel colours are available here. Buttercream will definitely have color differences, and we are not responsible for accurately correcting the color. However, as long as you have red, yellow, and blue, you can make up any other colors you want.
